Service Description
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday 10:00 - 11:00 am Stay active and healthy this fall with our 55+ Fitness Class @212 High Performance Training. It is designed specifically for older adults looking to improve strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. Whether you're new to exercise or a fitness enthusiast, this class offers a supportive and fun environment to help you meet your goals. Each session includes a combination of light cardio, strength training, and stretching exercises tailored to all fitness levels. Classes meet twice a week, providing the perfect opportunity to stay consistent and connect with others in the community. Join us for a season of movement, health, and fun! Class Details: When: Twice a week, starting Oct 1st (Tues & Thurs) Who: Adults 55+ of all fitness levels What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, water, and a positive attitude! Cost: $150 for the 8 Week program (16 sessions)
